A FAMILY STORY IN MILAN SINCE 1980
The company is named after its founder, Maurizio Rocchelli (1935-2011), who started it in Milan in 1980 with the aim of providing marketing and sales management support to consumer goods companies, drawing on his experiences in commercial management within leading companies both in production and grocery market. Over the past 40 years, we have supported the general and commercial management of many companies, guiding them through their growth and consolidation of competitive positioning.
SOFIA ROCCHELLI
Graduated in Modern Languages and Literatures, she joined the family business in 1994, after previous experiences in marketing and communication. Until 2003, she managed relationships between manufacturing companies and large-scale distribution and then launched the communication area, which she is now responsible for. Together with Pietro, she handles marketing projects, strategic planning and consulting, research. Sofia has developed solid experience in branding and communication, combining strategic vision with direct operational capabilities. Her approach is always dedicated to understanding the client’s specific needs and leveraging their distinctive features with competence and creativity. Member of “Donne del Vino” and a certified AIS Sommelier.

PIETRO ROCCHELLI
Graduated in Economics, he joined the family business in 2002 after experiences in strategic consulting firms and executive recruitment. Since 2003, he has been working on strategic planning and commercial development projects. In 2010, he started consultancy activities aimed at retailers focused on category management to improve sales performance and profitability of wine, sparkling wine, and alcoholic beverages assortments. Pietro has gained specific experience and competencies in guiding market and sales strategies towards profit construction and increasing company value. Together with Sofia, he manages marketing, strategy, and research projects. He participates as a speaker and lecturer in industry conferences and training courses.

ALDO MOLININI
Graduated in Business Economics, he joined Rocchelli Consulting in 2004 after experiences in multinational companies with roles in client management and commercial development. Aldo handles commercial development and manages relationships with major clients, retailers, Cash & Carry and distributors active in the national market. With proven experience in wine, food & beverage, Aldo is a solid business negotiation, management, and development professional.

LINDA RUBINI
Graduated in Media Languages, she joined Rocchelli Consulting in 2008. She handles press office activities and relationships with all media outlets and their correspondents: traditional and online, industry-specific and general. Linda has gained considerable experience in this field and has developed an approach always characterized by competence, dedication, great precision, and empathy.

BRUNO BERNI
Graduated in Business Economics from Bocconi with a specialization in Marketing, he began his career working for over 11 years in Unilever’s Food Division. He continued in consultancy and training for another 10 years before moving into the research sector, working closely with Giampaolo Fabris. He later joined CFI Group, an American company specializing in customer listening and satisfaction measurement. He frequently participates in events and training activities.
